It’s Official - 2023 Best Places to Work
On Thursday, June 15th, Arch Street attended the BBJ’s 2023 Best Places to Work annual awards event as a finalist in the Extra Small Companies category. Winners were announced, and Arch Street Glass [drumroll, please] came in at #4! With a score of 97.16 out of 100, the Arch Team took the night to celebrate what we, of course, already know and live every day – that we have an incredible and engaged team that makes our company a Best Place to Work!
Now that we’ve been named as a top 5 office, we wanted to celebrate by not only posting pictures of our Arch Team night out, but by revisiting what brought us here in the first place. The most mentioned word in our BBJ survey, which helped determine the rankings of all Best Place to Work companies, was “collaborative” – a word which encapsulates everything that we do at Arch Street [other honorable mentions were “inclusive,” “positive,” and, obviously, “fun”]. Every single respondent at Arch Street was rated as “highly engaged” and felt that the company allowed them to utilize their strengths, that management valued their opinions, and that they were proud to work at Arch Street Glass.
